Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver Australia wide, direct from Santini Australia HQ. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15 for purchases totalling under $100 and free shipping for purchases totalling over $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 3 business days to metro locations, and between 5 and 7 business days for delivery to regional locations, depending on your specific location.
Shipping to non-fixed addresses such as PO boxes, parcel collect and parcel lockers must be sent via Australia Post, and can take longer than the estimated shipping times above.
Delivery time for pre-orders and made to order (Santini Italy) collections will vary. Made to order collections can take 2-3 weeks to order and deliver. For pre-orders, please refer to the expected delivery period listed on the collection’s homepage.
Customer Service Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are as listed above; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
We understand that you might change your mind about the products you have purchased. Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return or exchange any unwanted item at your own cost, excluding items from made to order collections, sample items and masks. Products you are returning must be in their original and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging. Please ensure you do not compromise the original packaging otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. You may return the item for a full refund.
